mixed bag, i suppose
poor breakfastrussian focus
the breakfast was underwhelming to say the least i think it was the worst jam i have ever tasted it would be great if they could improve this aspect considerably also the hotel seems very russian focused with entertainment consisting of exclusively russian songs and activities i found this a bit much. i found the constant presence of mosquitos annoying we had to eliminate around 30 in the room upon arrival luckily the reception provided spray which helped a bit. it just didn't feel very relaxing. the mosquitos made it pretty unpleasant

the hotel was very clean! i saw the cleaning team washing the common areas early every morning. the swimming pool was very clean too, and the garden around it was beautifully maintained (i took lots of flower pictures!). the pool had sun loungers, umbrellas and a bar inside it. the private beach was across the road with free deck chairs, towels, a bar and shops. the animation team kept things really fun with exercises, yoga and dances.
i booked the all-inclusive option. drinks were served in small plastic glasses, and the beer was often flat (a real bummer!). there were no cocktails or snacks available and the buffet was repetitive. we ended up dining out a lot.

the food exceeded my expectations after reading some reviews. breakfast included a freshly cooked pancake stand and an omelette station, a great touch. there was a nice variety of fruits, vegetables and desserts. two meat options every day and delicious aubergine.

the hotel provides a private beach just across the road. it features complimentary deck chairs and towels, so you can relax by the sea easily. a beach bar and some shops add to the convenience. there is even a massage hut, offering another way to unwind.

the staff goes above and beyond to help you. i especially want to thank our waiter for being so kind and helpful (elsayed was his name!). i really felt taken care of .

housekeeping cleaned the bedroom daily. they provided good quality cotton towels and bed sheets, which i appreciated. i also received sachet shampoo, individual soap bars, and two large bottles of water in the bedroom every day.

the hotel offered a clean and safe environment, which i valued. the staff were friendly, always smiling and ready to help at reception. mr hamada at reception was particularly hospitable and understanding .
The hotel hairdryer was not very effective, so bringing my own is advisable. only shampoo packets were provided. Body gel or lotion was not available.

a mixed experience at this hotel.

the room was big and clean. it was acceptable.
the staff serving drinks seemed put out when you asked for a drink, very slow service. we had to pay for bottled water on all inclusive, that seemed crazy, like, a basic right? the whole place seemed dead with not a lot going on.

the private beach was just across the road and offered free deck chairs and towels, we loved the beach bar nearby. the swimming pool area was very clean with a beautifully maintained garden. i took several pictures of the flowers around, it was so nice to see. the food was great with a good variety of fruits, vegetables, and desserts. at breakfast, i appreciated the freshly cooked pancakes.
The drinks were served in small plastic cups. I wish there were more environmentally friendly options.

the staff was helpfull. the location was near the beach, i did appreciate THAT.
the food quality was low. the buffet became very boring after a couple of days, with little change in what was offered. i ended up eating elsewhere several TIMES.
